Decision of the STC violation of the EUHL Manual 2018/2019 Chapter 2 Section. 2.4.1., point 4.  by Academics Pilsen

On the basis of the announcement that was sent to STC via the e-mail by Mr. Filip Malota, Academics Pilsen, on 21 February 2019, announcing that Academics Pilsen can not participate in their last two games of the preliminary part of the EUHL 2018/2019 season against UMB Banská Bystrica and Gladiators Trenčín, because of objective reasons, the Sport – Technical Commission

decided

as follows:

• EUHL game UMB Banská Bystrica – Academics Pilsen will be counted as 5:0

result in favor of the home team UMB Banská Bystrica.   UMB Banská

Bystrica will get 3 points and score 5: 0 will be counted in the team statistics

and EUHL table.  The Academics Pilsen team will get 0 points and the score

0: 5 will be counted in the team statistics and EUHL table.

• EUHL game Gladiators Trenčín – Academics Pilsen will be counted as 5:0

result in favor of the home team Gladiators Trenčín.   Gladiators Trenčín will

get 3 points and score 5: 0 will be counted in the team statistics and EUHL

table.  The Academics Pilsen team will get 0 points and the score 0: 5 will be

counted in the team statistics and EUHL table.
