The score of the final series is tied after the first two games

Last week we had the opportunity to watch two opening games of the final series between Gladiators Trenčín and UMB Hockey Team Banská Bystrica.

In the first game, the Gladiators were losing by two goals at the half of the game. At the beginning of the third period, they managed to equalize the score to 4:4 in a power play, and Jakub Savara scored the game winning goal for the Gladiators three minutes later. The game finished 5:4 in favor of the home team of Gladiators Trenčín. In the second game, the home Gladiators started better and were leading by 1:0 after the first shift. The game, played at an excellent pace, was marked by numerous penalties on the home team’s side, and the result was decided in overtime. In the power play, Jakub Slivka scored the deciding goal of the UMB Hockey Team Banská Bystrica. The next final games are played on April 4th and 5th at 6pm in Tipsport Arena in Banská Bystrica.
