By using this website you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. What this website is for

The website provides information about the European University Hockey League (EUHL) and the activities of EUHA — news, fixtures, results, standings, statistics, member club information, videos, and registration of players into the competition.

3. Accuracy of published information

We publish information with care, but we cannot guarantee that every entry is complete, current and error-free at all times. Match data and statistics are compiled from reports submitted by clubs and officials and may be corrected retrospectively.

Binding results are only those confirmed by the competent bodies of EUHA in accordance with the competition rules. Information on this website is informative and does not replace official decisions of the league bodies. If you notice an error, please write to office@euhl.eu.

4. Player registration

The registration form is intended for players and clubs entering the competition. By submitting it you confirm that the information provided is true and that you are entitled to submit it — in the case of a player under the age of majority, with the consent of a legal guardian.

Submitting the form does not create a right to participate in the competition. Registration becomes effective only upon approval by EUHA under the competition rules. We may refuse or cancel a registration that is incomplete, untrue, or submitted in breach of the competition rules.

Personal data submitted through the form is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Content and its use

The content of this website — texts, photographs, logos, graphics, videos and the structure of the site — is protected by copyright and other rights. It belongs to EUHA or to persons who have granted EUHA permission to use it. Club logos remain the property of the respective clubs.

You may read, print and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote our texts and refer to our results provided you state the source and add a link to the page concerned.

Without our prior written consent you may not, in particular:

  • use the content commercially or as part of your own service or product;
  • copy the website or a substantial part of it, or systematically harvest it by automated means;
  • use our name, logo, or the EUHL and EUHA marks in a way that suggests cooperation or endorsement that does not exist;
  • alter the content in a way that changes its meaning and present it as ours.

6. Acceptable use

You may use this website only lawfully and in a way that does not restrict others. In particular, you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or to the systems behind it, disrupt its operation or overload it, circumvent security measures, or send us harmful code or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

Automated access, including scraping for the purpose of reproducing our data elsewhere, is not permitted without our consent. Ordinary indexing by search engines is permitted.

7. Links to other websites

We link to the websites of member clubs, partners and social networks. We do not operate those websites, do not control their content and are not responsible for it. Opening them is at your own discretion.

8. Availability and liability

We endeavour to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Access may be limited by maintenance, technical failure or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website or from reliance on information published here, in particular for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect damage. This does not affect our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Slovak law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The wording effective at the moment of your use of the website applies. The date of the last change is shown at the end of this page. Substantial changes will be announced on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms and any relations arising from them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be decided by the courts of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
