Resolution of SPORT – TECHNICAL COMMITTEE 13/19 - UK Prague vs Diplomats Pressburg

Case: Resolution of SPORT – TECHNICAL COMMITTEE (STC) the EUHL game between UK Prague - Diplomats Pressburg. The game between UK Prague - Diplomats Pressburg played on 29.1. 2019 was ended by the referee Mr. Ondráček  at game time 60:53 min..  That act was done in accordance with the EUHL Rules of Play and the Arbitration Rules, based on a technical reason - an ice damage, which was evaluated as a health threat to both teams.  This was also stated in the Game Report.  The match was ended in 5:5 at 60:53  min.. The Sports and Technical Committee of the EUHA, in cooperation with the Disciplinary Committee and the Referee Committee decided to keep the result of UK Praha - Diplomats Pressburg game in force.  Both teams will get one point in the EUHL table.  Points from the match (goals, assists) will be included in the personal statistics of the players. STC has decided that the home team of UK Praha did not break the 2018/2019 EUHL Manual at any point: Justification: Manual 2018/2019 season: 5.2  EUHL Match Organization and organizer´s responsibilities

Because of the fact that the both teams entered the match and thus agreed to the regularity of the ice area and the ice damage occurred after the basic part of the game was played. Technical deficiency - damage to the integrity of the ice surface has occurred during the over time and this fact could not have been affected by the home team - the game organizer.
