DEAC Cup 2025: Three Days of Exceptional Hockey in Debrecen

From November 28 to 30, 2025, the prestigious DEAC Cup took place in Debrecen, Hungary. Over the course of three days, the tournament delivered an unforgettable sports atmosphere, dramatic moments, and displays of top-level hockey. The event attracted teams from several European countries and reaffirmed its reputation as a dynamic tournament full of passion, competitiveness, and emotion. Friday: Opening Doubleheader Brings Tense Battles The tournament kicked off on Friday with an exciting doubleheader. In the opening match, the Romanian team Sapientia U23 delivered a strong performance, defeating the Polish Sabers in a closely contested 4–3 game. In the second match of the day, the home team DEAC faced Polish side Opole United. Despite their efforts, the hosts were unable to secure a favorable result, as Opole United confirmed its high ambitions with a convincing 5–2 victory. Saturday: On-Ice Drama and Continued Dominance of Opole United The second day of the tournament continued at the same pace, with tough and highly competitive matchups dominated mainly by the Polish teams. In the first Saturday game, DEAC fell 4–5 to Sabers, who showcased impressive skill and determination, earning a well-deserved but narrow win. The second match of the day brought another triumph for Opole United, which maintained its perfect record by defeating Sapientia U23 with a score of 4–1. Sunday: Polish Derby and a Winning Farewell for the Romanians The final day featured the much-anticipated Polish derby between the previously unbeaten Opole United and Sabers. Sabers delivered an excellent performance and ended Opole’s winning streak with a 6–3 victory. In the last match of the tournament, Sapientia U23 secured a successful farewell, defeating the home team DEAC 4–1. The tournament also highlighted several outstanding individual performances:

• Top point scorer: Aliaksander Sadouski (Sabers) – 3 goals and 4 assists
• Top goal scorer: Alexis Toussaint (Opole United) – 5 goals

DEAC Cup 2025 once again proved to be an event that players and fans will remember for a long time.     DEAC Cup 2025: Tri dni výnimočného hokeja v Debrecíne Od 28. do 30. novembra 2025 sa v maďarskom Debrecíne odohral prestížny hokejový turnaj DEAC Cup, ktorý počas troch dní priniesol fanúšikom nezabudnuteľnú športovú atmosféru, dramatické momenty a ukážky špičkového hokeja. Podujatie pritiahlo tímy z viacerých európskych krajín a potvrdilo svoju povesť dynamického turnaja plného hokejovej vášne, súťaživosti a emócií. Piatok: Otvárací dvojzápas priniesol napäté súboje Turnaj odštartoval v piatok atraktívnym dvojzápasom. V úvodnom stretnutí sa tím z Rumunska Sapientia U23 predstavil vo výbornom svetle, keď po vyrovnanom priebehu zdolal poľský tím Sabers tesne 4:3. V druhom zápase dňa nastúpili domáci DEAC proti poľskému Opole United, no napriek snahe sa Debrecínčanom nepodarilo uhrať priaznivý výsledok. Opole United potvrdil vysoké ambície a zvíťazil presvedčivo 5:2. Sobota: Dráma na ľade a pokračujúca dominancia Opole United Druhý hrací deň pokračoval v rovnakom tempe. V tvrdých a mimoriadne vyrovnaných dueloch dominovali najmä poľské tímy. V prvom sobotnom zápase prehral domáci DEAC so Sabers 4:5, keď hráči Sabers predviedli mimoriadnu techniku aj odhodlanie, ktoré im priniesli tesné, no zaslúžené víťazstvo. Druhé stretnutie dňa znamenalo ďalšie víťazstvo pre Opole United, ktoré si udržalo stopercentnú bilanciu a zdolalo Sapientiu U23 výsledkom 4:1. Nedeľa: Poľské derby a víťazná rozlúčka Rumunov Záverečný deň priniesol očakávané poľské derby medzi dovtedy neporazeným Opole United a tímom Sabers. Sabers predviedli výborný výkon a po výsledku 6:3 ukončili víťaznú sériu svojho súpera. V poslednom zápase turnaja sa Sapientia U23 postarala o úspešnú rozlúčku, keď zdolala domáci DEAC 4:1. Turnaj priniesol aj niekoľko mimoriadnych individuálnych výkonov: Najproduktívnejší hráč: Aliaksander Sadouski (Sabers) – 3 góly a 4 asistencie Najlepší strelec: Alexis Toussaint (Opole United) – 5 gólov Všetky tímy si zaslúžia veľké uznanie za profesionalitu, nasadenie a športového ducha, ktorým prispeli k vysokej kvalite DEAC Cupu 2025. Každý zápas priniesol fanúšikom radosť a atmosféra v aréne bola počas celého podujatia nabitá energiou. Ďakujeme všetkým hráčom za skvelú hokejovú šou a divákom za úžasnú podporu.
